Parmesan Pull-Aparts

Mmmmm. . . These fluffy rolls on the side will instantly enhance any dinner. Following the cinnamon roll debacle, I was pleased at the delicious results of this simple recipe for Parmesan Pull-Aparts from Gourmet magazine. Admittedly, I am a baking buff, but these required gloriously minimal supervision. If you're looking for a quick-fix dinner roll that goes well with anything, this is your baby.

Note: I do recommend eating them fresh or freezing immediately. Day two they're not as soft or half as divine.
